My morning ritual is no joke. I am very dedicated to my health and performance in my life. People wonder how I can keep up with all the things I do….run my cookie company, advocate for diverse abilities, author, speak all across US , mentor other individuals , run my non profit programs, go the gym everyday and spend my evenings reading to learn new things…. well here is a big part of reason I believe I have the energy and clarity to do all these things.
