The power of compounding doesn't just apply to money. It applies to your mindset. Your relationships. Your health. Your standards. Your identity. Because it's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do consistently. Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in a decade.

What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are.

Happy Earth Day 🌍 Today is a reminder of this extraordinary gift we've been given! This extraordinary Blue Planet we all call home, floating through the vast universe, carrying every ocean, every desert, every mountain, every forest. Every breath of life we have ever known. ✨ We were so moved by the historic new images of Earth from deep space that NASA shared from their Artemis II mission. The sheer MIRACLE of it all fills me with a deep, profound gratitude AND Serves as a powerful reminder that we each are called to be stewards of this precious miracle of life. The quiet, sacred web of life that breathes through us ALL. And let us also remember to be good stewards of EACH OTHER as we share this journey — every single one of us on the same ship. This is why work like reducing food waste moves me so deeply and why I'm so proud that together, we've helped raise funds to plant 70 million trees. The work continues! May we act as caretakers of this sacred creation. 🌎

This incredible group of young leaders spend a week developing the skills and mindset most adults spend decades searching for. Yesterday, our family sat on the couch, glued to the TV, brimming with anticipation as the countdown clock ticked 3… 2… 1… And then… LIFTOFF! 🌎 😮🚀 What is it about a space launch that gives us all collective goosebumps? As we watched that extraordinary rocket, @NASA's Artemis II, pierce the sky, we ran outside together, tears in our eyes, waving and cheering on these heroes as they began their 10-day, 250,000-mile journey around the Moon. For the first time in more 50 years, humanity is returning to the Moon, not just to visit, but to circle it, together, in shared wonder. Just before lift-off, the crew was asked if they were ready 🇺🇸👩‍🚀🇨🇦 “We are going for our families.” “We are going for our teammates.” “We are going for ALL HUMANITY.” That’s what got me. A courageous group of humans, some representing historic firsts, choosing to do something extraordinary not for themselves, but for all of us. Watching this with our daughter… pure awe. THIS IS HUMANITY AT ITS BEST. Bold. Innovative. United. Driven by something greater than ourselves. To Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy, God bless you! What did you feel watching the launch?
