If you absolutely want to do something sometimes you need to win the lottery first then plan the trip around the win.

the 8 hours is a capacity problem not an intelligence problem. the model is ready 24/7. the infrastructure that serves it keeps hitting walls. the billing/rate limit architecture was designed for a world where nobody would actually use it this much. the demand signal is real but the infrastructure team is still catching up to it.
