@MattdashJ gorouter and diego components are using it. Collecting app metrics is on the roadmap as are more CF components.

@MattdashJ Dropsonde is only a library not an agent. It does emit metrics to metron. metron then forwards them to doppler.

@MattdashJ loggregator component was renamed doppler, but functionality is pretty much the same, but we added metrics
