With our continued integration of Voxbone/Bandwidth International developers into the @Bandwidth software org, I'm stepping into a new role as VP for integration and organisational growth.
Big focus this year is making sure our teams and systems are ready for our planned growth!

@dwfrank Turn off the overhead light and put a bright light bulb behind the monitor so you’re lit from the reflection off the wall
English

@testobsessed My money is on LED bulbs that aren’t rated for enclosed fixtures and are overheating.

@nota_bennett The only obstacle to scale we encountered was the $$$$ per GB that Splunk charged.
English

@nota_bennett I used to use Splunk for this, with all log lines formatted as k/v pairs. The learning curve was steep to get beyond using it as grep but it was amazing once there.
English

@jambay @HashiCorp Congrats! I saw the notice when I ran `terraform -v` this morning and thought of you.

@mikegehard @dam5s It’s a favorite of mine. I rewatch it every few years.

Today’s question, why do folks choose JavaScript, or any derivative like Typescript, for production systems?
Exhibit #1, default sorting behavior on an array is to sort by string order, regardless of data type in the array. 😳

@sconover We’re still here doing the work, and your T-shirts just jumped in value.

@nota_bennett Sitting on the Dock of The Bay is excellent and contains the only acceptable use of Frisco

@dwfrank I’ve always wondered why I would need Apple Pay on my watch. Thank you for inviting me to your TED talk.

@terronk Those security strips must be cheaper than tape. They’ve become a standard way to seal delivery food in NY in the last month.
English

@jenplusplus We’re building a tool to grant access to web services without sharing passwords. LMK if you want to come work on it.
English

@aussielunix @jambay @jmckenty @progrium @jf @dsboulder @geerlingguy We gradually shifted to teams maintaining their own solution to workstation provisioning. There were enough differences and there wasn’t enough benefit to justify converging on one solution.
English

@jambay @jmckenty @progrium @jf @dsboulder @mkocher github.com/geerlingguy/ma… is the best I have seen.
@geerlingguy makes it so easy.
