Day 16: @DoorDash does not seem to care that one of their drivers is a liar and thief. Corporate office in San Francisco seems to be insulated by way of a Philippines call center. Are their analytics & platform so poor that they cannot track orders?

@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help soooo my dasher just asked me to scan my ID or take a picture of my ID because I ordered alcohol and I wasn’t sure if my husband did or not so I let her take a picture of it, then I opened the bag and saw no alcohol, what is this “new” procedure?
