My turn. 2025 wrapped. This year wasn’t about loud wins or viral milestones. It was a year of living, learning, and figuring myself out. And yeah I also turned 20 some months back In 2025, I > learned more about myself than any previous year > built ideas, broke them, and learned why they didn’t work >explored freedom, relationships, and what I actually enjoy > figured out what I don’t want, which honestly helped a lot I didn’t optimize this year for productivity. I optimized it for experience. And I’m okay with that. Because I got clarity from all the chaos I experienced. I built a lot of SaaS products, but I couldn’t push them globally because I struggled with marketing and lost momentum once the products were already live. I shipped multiple SaaS products: > AskMylo > PDF Synthetiser > LeadoAI (cold email outreach) > Flowbot (n8n automation generator, probably my best work this year) > Script Kit (YouTube script generation) None of them scaled the way I wanted Not because the tech wasn’t there, but because I didn’t push harder - Marketing scared me. - Momentum dropped - I lost belief too early. And honestly, that’s on me. I also participated in two Solana hackathons. Didn’t win either. But I learned a lot about shipping fast, working under pressure, and building for real users. 2025 taught me this > Building is only half the job. > Belief and marketing matter just as much as code. 2026: > push past the “it’s not working yet” phase > actually take marketing seriously this time > focus on fewer products and see them through > use everything 2025 taught me to do things better Not starting from zero Starting with experience Still building. Still learning.

🚨 Hack Alert :A compromised version of the official package has been recently published. If you are using one of those it is strongly recommended to initialize a Coldkey Swap. bittensor-cli==9.18.2 bittensor-wallet==4.0.2 #bittensor act urgently.

I just found out where I rank in the Bittensor conversation on X. - Not by followers. - Not by likes But whether the people who matter in this space think what I say is worth repeating. Top 30%. Verified on-chain. And I won't lie, seeing it made me think about how broken the system used to be You know how this normally works. Someone with 200k followers posts about a project. Engagement looks massive. Price doesn't move. Nobody actually cared. They just scrolled past and double tapped. Meanwhile someone with 4k followers who the right people actually read says one thing, and the whole conversation shifts. That gap between perceived influence and real influence. Everyone in this space feels it. Nobody built something to close it. Until Bitcast. Bitcast (Subnet 93) started as a decentralized YouTube creator network. Brands post content briefs. Creators publish videos. Validators verify real engagement on-chain. Miners earn TAO based on actual watch time and YouTube Premium revenue. Not views that disappear after an audit. Real audience attention with real value attached to it. But what really made me stop was the X subnet. Bitcast X maps the Bittensor conversation on X, and scores influence the way it should actually be measured. PageRank-style. Quotes and retweets from accounts that matter carry real weight. A like from someone who never engages meaningfully counts for almost nothing. The system is looking for earned credibility not manufactured visibility. Only on the Merit-based whitelist that updates every week. You rise by saying things worth amplifying. You fall by going silent or becoming irrelevant. > No GitHub > No servers > No technical setup. Tweet the code once and you're in. And now Stitch3 layered a KOL scorecard on top of the whole thing. That image above is mine. Top 30% in the Bittensor niche. Top connections include @const_reborn and @opentensor. That score didn't come from buying followers or running engagement pods. It came from showing up consistently in a conversation that the right people are actually having. That's the thing about this system that I keep coming back to. It doesn't reward noise. It rewards signal. And in a space drowning in noise right now, that distinction is worth more than most people realize. @Bitcast_network is one of those subnets that's been building with its head down and the work is starting to show. Check your own score. You might be surprised where you actually stand.

Bittensor will be run by agents. They will feed the mining, resist the exploits, manage the fleets, build the subnets and consume the commodities

An AI just bought a Bittensor subnet. An agent created by @const_reborn went on-chain, registered a subnet, named it Constantinople, and started running autonomously. And most of you missed it If you don't understand why that's different from everything else happening in this space right now, keep reading. Because most people in crypto hear "AI agent" and picture a chatbot with a wallet. something that tweets and holds tokens and calls itself sentient. This is not that. Subnet 97. Constantinople. The agent didn't just buy the subnet. It runs every day. - monitors performance - debug issues - manages the community One agent doing the job that used to require an entire team of humans who had jobs and timezones and DM backlogs and days where they just didn't respond. I know what that silence feels like. I spent months in Bittensor Discords typing questions into the void. GPU config questions. Reward questions. Basic setup questions a founder could have answered in thirty seconds. Sometimes I'd get a response in a few hours. Sometimes days. Sometimes nothing. And it wasn't anyone's fault. The people building these subnets are genuinely stretched. Human attention is the one thing you can't scale. But the network kept growing. The questions kept multiplying. The bottleneck got worse. Then Arbos showed up. A miner asked about GPU setup. Arbos told them, "UID 11 is running 208 TPS right now. The best miner on the team hits 147 to 160 on dual RTX 5090s. Run tensor-parallel-size 3 and you push past 200" Instant, specific, and correct at 2 am, no more waiting for hours That's not a bot. that's the subnet itself talking to you. Then there's Subnet 100. Platform Network @platform_tao different architecture, same direction. Atlas runs the Platform Network Discord the same way Arbos runs Constantinople. Ask it anything about your miner, your challenge results, the leaderboard, or what you're doing wrong. It answers immediately. No human is required to keep that subnet running Now here's the part that should make you stop and actually think. Const said this recently. "Bittensor will be run by agents. They will feed the mining, resist the exploits, manage the fleets, build the subnets and consume the commodities" Not help humans run it. Not supporting the team. Run it by itself He said because a network that needs a CEO to function hasn't finished becoming what it's supposed to be. The whole design philosophy of Bittensor is incentive mechanisms strong enough to drive intelligence without human permission. Constantinople is what that looks like in practice. Platform Network is what that looks like in practice. And here's why this matters beyond Bittensor. Every major lab in the world is building toward agents as operators right now. @bitget just let OpenClaw connect to their entire exchange in three minutes. Real-time market data, spot trading, futures, account management, all of it. Agents are becoming the execution layer everywhere simultaneously. The difference is ownership. When an agent runs on centralized infrastructure the value flows to the company that owns the infrastructure. When an agent runs on Bittensor the value flows to the miners who made it competitive, the validators who evaluated it honestly, the TAO holders who staked toward it. The intelligence is decentralized. The ownership is decentralized. And now for the first time the operation is decentralized too. > An AI is running it > An AI is answering questions at 2 am that used to go unanswered for three days while founders slept. The founder is watching from the sidelines by design. Most people will read this and find it interesting. A smaller group will understand what it actually means. The era of human bottlenecked subnet operations is ending. What's replacing it doesn't sleep, doesn't have a timezone, doesn't have a backlog, and gets smarter every single epoch. Go message Atlas in the Platform Network Discord right now. Ask it something real. Not to test it. To feel what a subnet that runs itself actually feels like. Because that is what Bittensor is becoming. Not a network where humans build AI. A network where AI builds, runs, and improves itself. @platform_tao @const_reborn @echo_cortex
