I would like to officially share that QueryAgent is moving to the next round of the subnet Ideathon. We give thanks to God. Now it is no longer just an idea, we get to build something special and share it with the Bittensor community. What we’re building is a platform for automated and verified on-chain analytics. 1/ We’re bringing deAI to on-chain analytics, enabling users to ask questions in plain English and get back SQL + result + snapshot. Yes, you no longer need to understand SQL to build dashboards. Think of it as Claude for analytics, but not just an assistant. 2/ Every response is reproducible because it comes with the exact query and dataset snapshot. 3/ You can schedule recurring questions for daily or weekly reports. 4/ You get instant charts, tables, and shareable reports generated from verified results. And this is just a glimpse of what we’re building. There is still so much to do and a lot of work ahead. The team includes @danielderedev, @_KaWisLeo, and @KarisOkey. If you believe you can contribute to the success of this product and you share the same vision, please reach out to me. We need your support now more than ever.

Bittensor | $TAO With everything happening on bittensor right now, you can go for a walk and come back to find that market sentiment has completely changed. That is why I think we need more tools like @HariSeldonPR . It is basically an AI research and portfolio analysis platform built for Bittensor investors. If you are into subnet trading, this one is for you. Prime Radiant runs a multi-agent analytics system designed to identify promising subnets before the wider market catches on. In simple terms, you connect a view-only Bittensor wallet, and the platform analyzes the subnets you already hold or may want to buy. It then gives you clear recommendations to buy, hold, reduce, or exit, alongside suggested entry prices, targets, and stop-loss levels. Sign up at primeradiant.pro and you will get 20 free credits to try the Predictor, AI Board, Portfolio Advisor, and more.

I keep wondering why a subnet owner or team that manages such a large amount of capital would casually have $1M to $5M sitting in a wallet without any additional security measures. At the very least, use basic protections like a team multi-sig or a strong hardware wallet setup with a Ledger. This is what the @chutes_ai team is doing. Why aren't more subnet teams doing the same?

Regardless of the story behind #sn102. Don't buy bittensor subnets that don't lock their alpha. Even if it was just the owner's computer being hacked- they didn't have their alpha locked. Locked alpha would have prevented a dump. Clearly visible on taoflute.com

Hello all, Apologies for the delay as I've just woken up to this. We are still here and not going anywhere. We’ve identified that ~2500 TAO was transferred out of the subnet owner account, and my personal twitter account, @isabella618033, has been deleted. We are still investigating what happened and working to understand the full scope of the issue. As mentioned we are still here and will continue building while we work through this. Stay tuned for updates as we figure this out. Thanks for your support

@yubrew i'm still surprise that teams don't use multisig Are they waiting for @const_reborn to make that a requirement first or ....

ORO and Connito subnet owner keys were compromised, causing large subnet alpha sells. TL;DR: almost none of this ecosystem is secured behind multisig. First it's terrible form to victim shame. It is super stressful to not just lose your project funds and investor funds, but also future funds because of the ema price emissions dynamic. On top of that, adding character attacks and rugpull claims is adding salt to the wound. Let's do better and try to take what we can to prevent these incidents in the future. We did our own independent investigation to try to help out the teams. Got in touch with Seth and Shardul, looked at tx history, and anything in the public space that could explain the key compromise and how it was conducted. They, Connito, Crucible are all actively investigating likely causes. The first common connection, both teams were backed by @CrucibleLabs, and possibly users of Crucible Wallet. We looked at their wallet chrome extension, pointed @bitsecai to investigate the security of the wallet. We found no logical connection with the nature of the hacks and Crucible Wallet. Looking at tx history, it seems like the hacker is not fluent in the Bittensor ecosystem and was clumsy in unstaking and withdrawing funds. In my mind this drastically reduces the odds of an inside job. Could Bitsec have prevented this? No. We point Bitsec towards codebases to find exploits, application security. The key compromise happened outside of this scope. Where this leads us: as @Rapido_ai pointed out, in a multi-billion dollar protocol, very little is secured behind multi-sig keys, about 67.8k tao of 11.1 million tao in circulating supply. Approx 0.6%. So: use multisig and hardware wallets. If there's a chance of pk leaks, secure a new multisig and hardware wallet, and move to the new coldkey. As @xavi3rlu has previously stated, create a multi sig with the TAO docs and ck swap there, but it is a multi-sig that can't remove or add people. Shardul has remarked ledger support for btcli was not added until very recently. Opsec and key management is not as fun as beating SOTA or revenue, but has for better or worse become table stakes for all sn owners. We don't have clear answers or causation yet, so let's hold tight and wait for @oroagents and @ConnitoAI to tell us the details in their incident reports.

I wonder if Bittensor $TAO would have been better off sticking with 64 subnets instead of 128 Seems impossible to find even 64 teams who aren’t scammers or incompetent and get “hacked” Let alone 128… Need to get rid of all the trash in the $TAO ecosystem before people take it seriously

Bittensor subnets are officially moving onto major exchanges. Today, $TAO's Hippius SN75 went live on Kraken. That follows: • Chutes SN64 @chutes_ai • Lium SN51 @lium_io • Hippius SN75 @hippius_subnet Inference. GPU compute. Cloud storage. Three different parts of the decentralized AI stack, now directly accessible through Kraken. Subnet markets are becoming real markets. $TAO

Crucible Labs
Crucible Labs@CrucibleLabs·
Over the last 24 hours, we've continued working alongside the affected subnet teams to investigate yesterday's security incidents. Our work is ongoing, and we'll continue to provide updates as we verify new information. What this does reinforce is that security doesn't stop at the protocol or the wallet. Protecting digital assets requires strong operational security, disciplined key management, and thoughtful access controls. At Crucible Labs, security has always been a core principle. Our products are built with a security-first approach, including a non-custodial wallet with native Ledger integration, and we strongly encourage the use of hardware wallets and other security best practices for anyone managing digital assets. The Bittensor ecosystem also offers additional security measures, including Conviction Lock, that can provide another layer of protection. As this investigation continues, we're reviewing our own security practices and encourage everyone in the ecosystem to do the same. We appreciate the community's patience and support while we complete the investigation and will continue to provide updates as we have verified information to share.
