@TheSpec This is my Father’s house. The 13 year old is a boy, and there are two other 14 year olds involved. What a sad state we live in when children, who should be in school obtaining an education, are committing crimes that can seriously impact the lives of others #Hamilton

I am retweeting this as I have yet to hear a response from @bookingcom . They were quick to take part of my security deposit, yet slow to respond to my follow up to their query regarding my poor stay in one of their London apartments.

@bookingcom I just received a message that my security deposit wouldn’t be refunded after my check in was delayed & I was locked in my apartment - TWICE. Completely unacceptable, & I am awaiting a suitable response. In the meantime, I won’t be using booking.com again
