Despite all the video game movie drama. I'm very hyped for Sonic 4. Seeing tiktoks of people reacting to the teaser in theaters is so hype. And the movie budget wise is probably gonna be the biggest one with the biggest push. I can't wait.

Der Super Mario Galaxy Film war unterhaltsam. Sehr sehr seichte kost, aber ich kann mich eigentlich nicht beschweren. Meinem Sohn hats auch gut gefallen - Was will man mehr?

And that i'm saying here is that Sonic's Boxoffice potential is always hampered by outside forces You forgot Covid with Sonic 1 and2 Sonic 1 started with the Beginn of the Pandamic and 2 with the End And there is offcourse other Movies

The batman was a 3 hour long movie that had been out for over a month. You just have unrealistic expectations.

@AllCristina2 Of course both can be successful at the same time but still both will eat way the Boxoffice from each other. Last Summer was the best proof for that there 3 Big Ips take away the Boxoffice more and more Jurassic World 4 >>>>Superman>>>>F4

@devocrank I actually don't think so. Sonic is getting a week by itself before godzilla comes out. As long as marketing and the first week is great i can see both making what they need to make. But the dates are prob gonna move anyway

@AnoneySFWtan @JoshuaTookes That is true but still all the competitors did eat away a big chung of the Boxoffice potential for Sonic. Both Batman(and with him Harley Quinn) and Lion King are bigger Ips then Sonic Plus they have partwise the same Audience With Batman Male's and LK Family's

@devocrank @JoshuaTookes Sonic 3 is literally the only one to be outperformed by another movie in theaters at the same time. Birds of Prey lost would-be audiences in direct favor of Sonic if anything, while The Batman came out a month before Sonic 2 and did not actively compete with it.
