(1/6) On July 20, an @MSF team of 16 people in #Khartoum was aggressively assaulted by a group of armed men, who physically beat & whipped them. They detained one of our drivers & threatened his life before releasing him. They also stole one of our vehicles.

Anesthesia was actually to blame for this. Our surgical colleague @dockcduncan broke her wrist competing against anesthesia in the Annual Golden Scalpel Basketball competition. We’ll accept blame for this one!
