I ordered food delivery today—a gyro bowl from this pita place. The Dasher, who seemingly juggled many deliveries, went to Flying Biscuit, grabbed food, took a pic, then sent it to me. Since I was testing, I couldn’t respond immediately but did before he dropped off the food

@DoorDash_Help my order was delivered 45 minutes past the stated delivery time. The delivery driver just left it on a chair on my porch without ringing the doorbell or waiting to give it to me with the code. I used the help on the app, called no refund just $3 credit. WTH

@DoorDash . Been dealing with customer service for 3 days. Charged for a pickup order at a restaurant that doesn’t use DoorDash. Order unfulfilled, refund denied, no explanation. Super frustrating.

@DoorDash My dasher account has been locked for review for 2 and a half weeks now support says the same thing every day that I call I’ve talked to 3 supervisors still no help review says 24 hrs they told me the most was 72hrs it’s been 2 1/2 weeks this is not fair please help
