Flying cars feel so futuristic. What China has over Germany in automobile production is the willingness to try new things and to take creative paths.

Seeing those robots in real life is so much more impressive than I’ve thought!

@PhantomStays How much is your group to teach me the ways?
I spend 100k a month on my Amex gold

Euro biz owners still not abusing the fck out of the US credit are either misinformed or brain dead.
Here is a breakdown into why as a high spending foreigner ($20k+/mo), you NEED to be leveraging a US Amex (or Chase, Citi, Cap 1, etc). Fly first class for free, borrow free money, blitz scale ur biz, live good.
+ why your trash 1.5% cash back Mercury card will never compare.
1️⃣ The Power of a US Amex for EU Entrepreneurs
If you have a US LLC, you can access US credit cards.. which means:
✅ 4x Higher point multipliers than EU banks
✅ Better travel perks (lounge access, upgrades, status)
✅ Insane signup bonuses
✅ Lines of credit 10x higher than your home country will ever offer
✅ The ability to transfer points to more airline partners for 5-10x better value
With the right strategy, & $20k-$30k/month or more in expenses, you could be flying first class for free, indefinitely.
2️⃣ The Right Way to Earn Points (and why EU Banks suck at It)
Most EU business cards give 1x points per € spent.
US Amex? 4-5x points on key categories.
With a US Amex Business Gold, you earn:
✅ 4x points on ads & software
✅ 5.16x when you factor in welcome bonuses
In 2024, I used $202,500 in business spend to redeem 810,000 points, for SEVENTEEN biz class flights.
That’s a 26% cash back rebate when redeemed properly.
3️⃣ Stop Wasting Points, Here’s How to Redeem for 7x+ Value
If you’re booking flights through the Amex travel portal, you’re getting robbed.
💀 1 cent per point is garbage.
Instead:
🔹 Transfer to airline partners like Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and Avianca
🔹 Hunt for sweet spots (certain routes offer 3-5x better value)
Examples:
✈️ Singapore Airlines Business Class (JFK → Bali)
Cash Price: $12,000 for 2 tickets
What I Paid: 176,000 points + $100 taxes
Savings: $11,900 (98%)
✈️ Emirates Business Class (MIA → DXB)
Cash Price: $6,000
What I Paid: 108,000 points + $90 taxes
Savings: $5,910 (98%)
4️⃣ The 4 Step Formula for Free First-Class Flights (If u want to unlock this as a Euro-born Owner)
⓵ Set Up a US LLC
This gives you access to US business credit cards if done right
Work with any online provider or the Phantom Stays legal team.
② Get a US Amex Business Gold
We can introduce you to our Amex Business team who specializes in setups for foreigners.
Earn 4x points on ads, & software
⓷ Transfer Points to Airlines Instead of Booking in the Portal
Air France, Air Canada, and Avianca are gold mines for redemptions if you know what you are looking for.
⓸ Stack it with Phantom Rates for 90% Off Hotels
First-class flights are great, but why pay full price for hotels? Points don't go that far for hotels in most cases.
Instead of redeeming points at a bad rate for hotels, buy nightly rooms with "Phantom rates." Think $1,000/night Ritz for only $150 per night
Earn MORE points on stays (I earn about 50% back on whatever cash price I pay, in points), fueling the cycle for future "free" stays.
5️⃣ You’re Leaving Money on the Table
If you’re a Euro biz owner with a US LLC and you don’t have a US Amex, you’re missing out on:
🚀 Free first-class flights
🏨 Eye-popping spend limits
💰 Huge tax advantages (0% in some cases)

Guangzhou in May. Speaking at this one.
Not a stage full of pitches.
A room of 100+ operators actually building 7-9 figure brands. Bestfulfill put this together and ngl - they built something worth showing up for.
I'm going deep on subscription, scaling, and what actually drives retention beyond the first purchase. Winning the first sale is the easy part. What it takes to build a customer base that keeps coming back and spends more..
That's the real game.
The location is the strategy.
Guangzhou. Canton Fair. Same trip.
Two days of growth - acquisition, creative, scaling spend. Then you walk out standing next to the factories building the products you're selling.
Most founders are trying to solve a media buying problem when they actually have a supply chain problem.
This trip forces you to see both at the same time.
That's not an accident. That's leverage.
May 2-3. Guangzhou.

@cormachayden_ Yes but if that’s how you live by how are you doing this life maxing from AU? Simply put you can’t be
English

win by setting a pace that crushes your competition's will to fight
Zach Yadegari@zach_yadegari
@cormachayden_ This is just business. There are pros and cons to posting results online, this is a con of it. Better to give 0 attention and ship faster than them.
English

@TaylorOgan @ApoStructura @grok You’re also referencing hyper edge cases referring to a specific part of residential real estate prices vs average costs which was the man principle of this conversation
English

@dtcdavid_ @ApoStructura @grok You thought 25% was 1-2%, so I think your math was just off, and you stay outside of the nice parts when you visit Shenzhen
English

@MaxxChewning @noahkagan If I see this in a store I’ll grab them all and throw them behind some chips
English

@noahkagan What’s crazy is this is an old distributor of ours that is doing this lmao. Bold strategy
English

Scout is more accurate and less expensive than Oasis
And remind me who's copying who's content?
Happy to settle this in the octagon, loser donates $5,000 to charity

Cormac@cormachayden_
case 2) scout health - copies our content post by post - app 90% ripped component for component - founder pretends to be mission-led
English

@thetahirahmed Which app came out first? This is easily disputed
English

@TaylorOgan @ApoStructura @grok I live in Shanghai and I’ve been to Shenzhen many times so idk 🤷♂️ you must have access to direct CCP data beyond DS and Qwen
English

Housing is, by far, the most expensive aspect of life in Chinese cities. Shenzhen is 25% higher, as of the most recent data. Gronk is citing user-reported data that no Chinese use. The Chinese discuss this all the time on social media, super well known. Shocking that you don’t know about it if you live in China.
English

@haugejostein Have you tapped into healthcare and the differences because from what I’ve seen first hand is that even with all the flaws the American system has it’s still exponentially better
English

I've now visited three provinces and two municipalities in China, and based on what I've seen, there's no clear gap in quality of life between the West and China.
Some things are generally better in the West: air quality, real wages, work-life balance.
Some things are generally better in China: infrastructure, urban modernity, safety.
Overall, the gap that many Westerners assume exists has largely closed.
English

@pepsxiv @cormachayden_ Exactly - I never understood the point of this
English

not one to focus on copycats, would rather build heads down, but things are getting out of control
apps are blatantly stealing our app screens, content and creators and lying to users
case 1) macropal
- ripped our screenshots exactly
- app doesn't even match screens
- directly poaching our creators

English

@TaylorOgan @ApoStructura @grok L - of course we are comparing average costs that’s what this was about. Now your breaking out edge cases to safe grace lol
English

Um, that’s 25% more. If you’re comparing average consumer costs, Shanghai is slightly more expensive. But if you look at where people with money actually live, Shenzhen is tighter, has higher income density, less land, and more extreme pricing in its best areas (nicest homes in Shenzhen are far nicer than in Shanghai).
So for a comparable high-end lifestyle, Shenzhen is far more expensive. Shanghai hotels are more expensive because there are way more overnight tourists in Shanghai. Shenzhen wages having way fatter right tail is a major reason.
English

@TaylorOgan @ApoStructura @grok @grok What is the average sqm cost for a house/apartments in Shenzhen compared in Shanghai? Include the difference as a percentage.
English

@TaylorOgan @ApoStructura @grok The conversation is regarding trains and hotels ie normal cost of living. Yet you’re showing a single data point lol not to mention even if you’re correct about SQM being higher in Shenzhen since when did 1-2% mean by far more expensive?
English

@TaylorOgan @ApoStructura @grok Swallow your pride dude - Deepseek and Qwen both say Shanghai is more but you’re trying to say Shenzhen is by far more expensive. Geez you must be a nightmare to work for if you can’t even admit your wrong here lmao 🤣

Indiana mom of 7 accused of offering her 7-month-old daughter for s*x to a man on Snapchat in exchange for $400
32-year-old Morgan Stapp denied sending the message, but police said it was sent from her phone at her home
Stapp reportedly sent three photos of her infant daughter with the message, “U can f*** her for 400$. Half now rest after. I’ll send my address. I do live alone, and her dad is not in the picture.”
Snapchat flagged the message to authorities. Ten days later, FBI agents arrived at her home
She was booked into Marion County Jail on July 8, held on $100,000 bail

Day 4 of scaling to $1M a month in 30 days
Will probably do $15k today minimum
Using Claude code instead of shopify makes the ui superior, aov is over $120 some customers spending $170 with the cascading upsells.
Going to be launching a community on exactly how I’m doing this at the end of the 30 days
If you want to be on the wait list comment “million” for the super sauce
