@ApoStructura Yes! We're still building out ~9 more acres in Tempe, and our 27-acre Mesa project was just approved. We also just opened our Atlanta townhomes for tours and sales (42 affordable, for-sale homes, 1-3 beds)

7 years ago, we got laughed out of the room. Now, leaders from all over the country are visiting Culdesac Tempe asking, "How can I bring this to my city?"

@culdesac Never been to phoenix! But I’ll make sure to check it out when I do. Any plan to expand your Tempe location or into other cities?

@ApoStructura Imagine where we'd be now if NASA had built 6 Falcon 9 style boosters and 3 Crew Dragon capsules instead of the Shuttle. ISS would've been an American station built by 1985. If the legacy contractors weren't what they are.

Falcon 9 is what the shuttle should have been. First stage reuse obviously needed to come before second stage/orbiter reuse. Thanks to F9 we now have a vehicle that costs 20x less than the Shuttle, with a higher average payload mass to orbit and 30x the launch cadence.

@ApoStructura Average payload mass delivered to orbit by Falcon 9 is higher than Shuttle too

@DavidV_81 Yeah, but it should not have happened in the form that it did in the first place

@ApoStructura The shuttle was a good learning step. It just should have been replaced by the early to mid 1990s once we determined the idea was flawed.

@ApoStructura @xdNiBoR Oh interesting. Are the books as detailed about the true science of it all like the show tried to show with how gravity made humans born off world unable to survive “a real planets gravity” as Chrisjen Avasarala said to that guy she was torturing and suspending in water to cope

@CiaranDanielz @xdNiBoR 9 books! The last 3 take place after the last season. It’s roughly 1 boon per season. If you’re into the show and reading you’ll probably like them

@eigenrobot Looks like Israel might be trying to force their hands by forcing Iran into acting its threats out and removing the “what if it gets worse” argument for not going in from Arab countries

real dilemma is for arabs who probably want iran gone now no matter what but lexicographically next prefer not losing their energy infrastructure, this would be very expensive to fix ofc hard to finesse this diplomatically

@NXT4EU States like California think money fixes all problems. They also have a lot of money, so as a contractor, you know you should keep delaying and making it more expensive because they will keep paying. It's basic incentive
