@ChrisNowinski1 The US citizens care more about sitting on their asses watching football than children. Laws protect kids from abuse...except this abuse brought on by parents and the leagues. Sickening.

If we truly cared about athletes developmental readiness we wouldn't be recruiting 5 year-olds to tackle each other. The statement below feels a bit like handing that 5-year-old car keys, and when the kid hits a tree, saying, "That's not how I taught him to drive!"

@BenPopeCST @CarBombBoom13 This is amazing. My husband is an Afghanistan vet and has at least one TBI. He is on lots of meds and his short-term memory is shot. I will have to look into this, and I'll keep my eyes open for the clinical trials. Amazing to think our Fandom could become a path to health.

NFL Nickelodeon broadcast was worse than I expected. Announcer, after Taysom Hill hit his head: “[He is] getting up a little slowly. It’s like scraping your knee at recess. You get banged up; you get back up, and you go out there and play another down.” That’ll get kids killed.
