I think 60 days waiting on warranty repairs is long enough, customer service department has been absolutely useless. I think its time people know what they are getting in for when purchasing a vehicle from above mentioned @TheSun

Motus truck and van have held my van since 8th Dec 2023 on warranty repairs. Mercedes has delayed driveshaft delivery. Please help or let other tradesman not to buy Mercedes as they don't care about the little guy.

@MercedesBenz_DE Spoken to MB CUSTOMER services and case has been escalated, however unable to assist with ETa regarding part delivery. Spoke to @Motustruck_van advised hold up is in Germany Parts Division. No reason given for delay from 9th December 2023.
