@MercedesUKTeam They already have ! 65k miles. Mint…. Failed mot. Subframe still in my garage for inspection, repairers undertaken video evidence at my request…. No of accidents on motorways involving failures 10+… 1700 repair bill… car going in spring. Thanks mercedes. 👍

@MercedesUKTeam hi folks do not buy a mercedes benz. Ive invested in my dream car slk350 for my 9 yr autistic daughter, only to be bankrupt by a rotten rear sub frame months later, for mb to refuse to assist with the 1700 repair bill. 💔 disgusted and left shocked. Pls share

@MercedesUKTeam Its a 56 plate slk 350 bought to hep my ageing dad out. My autistic daughter has fallen in love with it and is distraught. I had the repair undertaken by a specialist mb in lytham with genuine parts, and they are cert for history purposes, and uve decline to help at all.

@MercedesUKTeam what’s happened to your branch customer service. Car booked in for a service today and no health check video sent? Told my car was covered under service plan and then told it’s not and I have to pay £855. Such inconsistency! Expensive cars, cheap customer service
