@Enterprise After 7 phone calls to your company being bounced around between agents, we were literally stranded in Ireland. We were offered and purchased your roadside assistance at the beginning. Took you all over 8 HOURS to fix the flat. We will be using @Avis moving forward!

My family and I have been stranded at a gas station since 5 a.m. with all of our belongings, and despite repeatedly reaching out, Enterprise Car Rental has done nothing but pass my mother from one person to another without offering any real help or solution. @Enterprise

Working on a post about Enterprise Rent-A-Car @Enterprise. Apparently there’s a “recall”… but the same vehicle is available today at a higher rate at a different location. Interesting. Possible price manipulation?

@Enterprise Turns out the points don't work in Croatia - not sure why the person on the phone didn't say this, or for that matter why they are, but issue solved - if annoying.

I've been collecting @Enterprise points for years, the first time I go to use them, the website doesn't work, I call the call centre, they can't do anything and insist the website is working (it's clearly not) - the solution, send screen shots - I mean really?

@Enterprise I can't, no passcode, and not putting X on my phone. I rang your Enterprise plus number and they were woefully unhelpful - this is meant to be a perk for a regular customer, and it seems much to hard to use those points?!?

Paid for a rental car today, for a week, from @Enterprise. An hour later, they called and said they just sold it, and to bring it back. I paid for a week, you’ll get it back in a week. If you’re selling a car, maybe you shouldn’t have it available for rent. WTF.
