If you are smart enough to clear the general cutoff, you should at least consider using your brain in a country that values competence more than caste arithmetic.
Unless you are getting CS at one of the top IITs, a decent university in Europe, Australia, or Canada will often offer better teaching, better facilities, and a much cleaner exit path than a mid-tier IIT or NIT.
