This is a loser mentality
Doctors should be examples of health, should reach out to corporations, schools, senior homes and churches throughout their communities to spread knowledge about how to reclaim health
Anything less is a joke.
We need more doctors to take responsibility instead of passing off everything to “society”
My message to every doctor out there: Stop being lazy and do better
First you have to want to, then you have to vision in it, then you have to do it
John Mandrola, MD@drjohnm
This is correct. Doctors should treat illness. We cannot make Philadelphia into Copenhagen. That will take societal change.

Woo hoo! Matched EP at @WUSTL! A dream come true.
A shock to everyone who's seen my feed that I am interested in EP.

@willyhfrick @PacingSpike @evanklin96 @ecgrhythms @The_Nanashi_O @Arron_Pearce_ @ecgandrhythmRoe Atrial rhythm is discordant with ventricular. Definitely see spikes before the QRS, but not before the P’s. So can’t be dual paced.

Posterior ischemia: ST depression V2 (and V3 and V4 more subtly).

@willyhfrick Ectopic atral rythm with 1st degree AV with PVCs. There are some blips after the QRS that look like P waves that are not conducting to the ventricles?
English

@willyhfrick My still not trained eye sees variation in QRS amplitudes amplitudes on V1 on all of them and poor R wave progression. That’s what I see in common.
English

@willyhfrick @Arron_Pearce_ @DidlakeDW @PacingSpike @ecgandrhythmRoe @evanklin96 @The_Nanashi_O @cardiojaydoc02 I mean the Ps march independently from the QRS's. The QRS's are marching as well. There both are acting independently so there is some degree of dissociation? like complete heart block? What am I missing? 🧐

Advice to all incoming first year cardiology fellows:
Make friends with the cath lab nurses and techs. They know a LOT more than you about cath. They do it every day. They can teach you so much.

$BTC 🔴🔴🔴🔴
Oh my goodness.
ETF outflows were….not pretty today.
Blackrock $IBIT data isn’t out yet and I’ll update this post once it is, but so far…
$FBTC Fidelity lost $191M.
$BITB Bitwise lost $29M.
$ARKB Ark lost $98M.
The other ETF’s combined lost $39M.
$GBTC Grayscale sold…$167M worth of Bitcoin.
Total outflows today — $526M.
UGH. Expected post halving. Guess it’s a waiting game until things turn around but would rather have some downside action then a straight moonshot up before inflation has even come down — that likely would be unhealthy and an unsustainable path to getting to a $100K Bitcoin.
Inflation coming down, liquidity entering into the system, and rate cuts coming back…all the things needed for growth stocks to thrive…will help $BTC. Just may take the next few months to play out.
