@smithECGBlog @EcgsOnly @willyhfrick I think the lateral precordial std in v5-6 looks ischemic, and on paper I agree swirl should be suspected, but I agree that it’s somehow not specific to me yet. Could be easily proven wrong with a prior or repeat, need high clinical caution of course
