@fireboxhelp I ordered 2 items on Tuesday - one personalised mushion and did next day delivery but have not had any updates in regards to when that will come. I received one item but the emails I got made it sound like the mushion would come too. OrderNo: 40139488

@fireboxhelp hi. Received my order today and the main Firebox box was half open with “Repacked by Yodel” tape around it. Inside the packaging of both products are either completely broken and/ or hanging open. Rarely come across items having been delivered in a worse state
