@SharkNinja just been told my wait time to speak to someone at Shark is 87 minutes. Is this normal? Why the long delay? Having purchased for the first time I am already having reservations, especially as I cannot see or view proof of the warranty.

@IKEAUK for a very well organised & a global store where you can find things at ease, the café is a huge letdown. No fish/chips. No self dispensing drinks available. No small pots for the sauces and the tables are definitely not cleaned by staff periodically. @IKEA @IKEAUKSupport

@AerLingus flight EI208 Dublin to Manchester. Delayed by 2 hours. Boarded all passengers & then announced delay. No offer of any refreshments or drinks. Not impressedat all, considering check-in was flawless. Cabin crew wondering from one side to the other pretending to look busy

@AmazonHelp BEWARE. Amazon’s incentive to open credit card is now £20. At the time when I applied on 7 March, it was £50. Surprisingly, my application can’t be found now. I wonder why. After numerous calls, I’m yet again told to wait 1-2 business days for Amazon to look into it.

@UPS_UK where is my delivery? scheduled to be @ my address by 17:10. I’ve called twice & told the automated telephone system holds the same information as online which is incorrect and not helpful. Is this ‘World class service and putting the customer 1st?

@SkyUK as an existing customer I cannot place an online order for a SIM only deal. Appalling. Appalling. Appalling. Not only do they prevent you from opening a SIM only deal using a third-party site offering cash back but you can’t even order it on their own website. Bulls/!t
