@firstdirect I find it somewhat questionable - offering credit cards by email, especially when it's also the first thing that pops up on your app! but worse is the fact you send these to me without knowing I already have a First Direct Credit card. #NotPersonalBanking

@firstdirect Not the point, should be able to do it on a desktop computer! Why not? I have a keyboard that is easier to type on and a large screen that is easier to read on, rather than a small hand held device!!

@MartinSLewis Surely Banking services should not be limited to use on a Smart Phone, small & therefore not easy 4 those with disability, visibility or dexterity issues - so I have just gone to open a @firstdirect account using my Desktop & Im being forced to do it on the app.....

@firstdirect ok... but i don't understand ' rounding up' as 7% is as rounded up as you can get. why not round it up to 7.1% if you knock 0.1% off x amount of people, that would equal a nice tidy profit wouldn't you agree @TheFCA @FT

Never scan a QR code, is the advice from my bank Joined rewards programme at #CafeAndaluz and within moments, 3 scammers tried to use my account Bank realised, froze my account - but I didn’t realise until today when I went to pay for my shopping! Great job @firstdirect 👏🏼
