@monzo I’ve already contacted support via email multiple times with no response. I’ve been locked out of my account for nearly 3 months and have no access to my money. This is now beyond a normal delay. can someone urgently escalate this or advise what’s actually being done to resolve

Update on our previous post: you should now be able to use the Monzo app as normal. Thanks for your patience whilst we investigated the issue!

@lauren_r64 Thanks for trying that for us. We don't have access to your account here so we can't check on this for you ourselves, but if you speak to the team in your Monzo app they'd be more than happy to take a deeper look into things for you from there 🙂

@monzo I’ve spoken with yourselves and Agoda - you‘re not interested in helping customers, you’re all about profiteering. My travel insurance appears to be the ‘bag of shit’ level of cover for £17 a month, not covering war or civil unrest. How else was I supposed to get Dubai, swim?

@monzo @agoda My flights to Abu Dhabi were cancelled due to the ongoing conflict. Physically could not get to my hotel - travel ban from the home office and I’m told I can’t have these funds back. Also pay £17 a month for travel insurance with Monzo and it doesn’t cover war 🐀

@monzo Hi, you've blocked my card and told me I need to order a new one "for security reasons", so why should I pay the £5 for the replacement? There's nothing wrong with it!

@Monzo my account was charged £638.73 without my authorization on 14 Dec 2025 (Credit Payment Recovery). I have contacted support 8–10 times but no resolution. This is unacceptable. Please investigate and refund immediately or I will escalate to @financialombuds.

@monzo @theeSPD I am a vulnerable customer in a mental health crisis with NO FOOD. Your payments team confirmed my £561 was sent, then changed their mind and said Monday. This is a gross breach of FCA Consumer Duty. I am in danger. Case PNX-5920206-X8Z3. FIX THIS NOW.

@SiFillingham You can't withdraw cash at the Post Office & you'll be charged £1 per deposit, whether you deposit at the Post Office or at a PayPoint. We’re charged for every cash deposit, so we pass on some of these costs to you. If we ever change these fees, we'll be sure to let you know 🙏
