Imagine trying to make a business payment to @HMRCgovuk and @monzo says it’s fraudulent. They then block all your accounts - business & personal in a bid to force you to do an ID check. You cannot pay NI, salary or contractors. All business and personal transactions blocked!

Now I do admit when I’m wrong 😑 So my boy 21 yesterday tried to get me on monzo à long time ago but me being a tech dino 🦖 was like nooooo @Barclays but @monzo stop my dodgy card stuff quick as a flash and Face ID is easier. And monzo DIDNT housewife me when I applied for a credit card on benifits with a good credit score. So just the truth no affiliation with monzo ℹ DONT think 🤔 (family is massive) BBC dod paratroops health and safety crown blah 😒 stuff ( 🥱) Just some transparency and truth @elonmusk Be like monzo

@monzo I have an idea Why don’t you create a way people who get their Salary paid into Monzo and then have the ability to choose through you guys to then be paid monthly, weekly or daily? I get paid monthly and it’s impossible for me to manage, I’d rather be paid weekly but

@monzo the app is getting on my nerves, what's the point of having biometric sign in and the app asking for a pin from years ago. Now its asking for a 2 to 3 minute voice recognition. Not good

@nadlique68 Thanks for clarifying that for us. Occasionally we may mistakenly block a payment, due to how the merchant has set up their business. We're afraid there isn't a way to update this in the app, but we kindly ask you to chat with us in the Monzo app to feed the example back 👍

@monzo Yes. U16 account/ card. It is a chip shop but the shop name has bar in it so I think that’s where the problem falls. I was hoping if I flagged it. You can correct it on your system.

@monzo hi, how do I update an establishment please? My daughter is unable to use her card there because monzo block it because it says bar in their name. It’s a chip shop. Is this possible? Thanks

@monogramlaundr1 Hi there 👋 Were really sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ask her to email help@monzo.com and we'll be more than happy to look into this. Bank transfers can't credit a closed account, so it might also be worth checking to see if any money has bounced back to his account 🙏

@monzo hey Monzo you chose to shut my daughters business account (and her attached private account) down last year we still don’t have the funds - not much in the biz acc but just found our her grandad has been paying £50 a month into the private one! We have no access!!!!!!
