Now that a week has passed (almost), how is everyone finding the verified matching and the Elo changes?

The support team receives close to 3,000 tickets per day. Watching an entire demo can take between 20 to 40 minutes. If agents were to watch entire demos, they would be able to handle fewer than 50 tickets a day, which is not feasible given the high volume. This isn't about avoiding their duties; it's about maximising efficiency to help as many people as possible and reduce wait times.
