Today was an EPIC day at Stowe. There was plenty of sun, great snow, and amazing views. I took some time off from work to ski Stowe today, and I'd do it again if I could. It was that good.

Been really into breakfast sandwiches lately.
Training volume has been higher lately so I've started prioritizing lower volume, higher calorie foods a bit more to make sure I'm getting the 4,500-5,000 cals/day I need right now.
Adding a little more butter, oil, or cheese to meals is an easy way to increase calories as well as obviously eating a bit more "bad" foods like ice cream, Girl Scout cookies, rice crispy treats, or even just candy.
Most days at least 75% of my intake still comes from real, whole foods like meat, rice, potatoes, etc. but at a certain point, it just gets too hard to eat only "healthy" foods when expenditure is high enough.

A lot of people are training hard while recovery, sleep energy and life suffer heavily. You can keep performing for a while like that, but you are digging a deeper hole. Sometimes, cutting back can be the most pro-metabolic move you can make. Article linked in first reply.
