I'm now 89% sure $RCAT will pass the DRONE DOMINANCE qualifiers. Just found the exact spec for the tournament and $RCAT has been building exactly what they're looking for. - US-made supply chain ✅✅✅ - Un-jammable wireless control ✅ - Urban “fly through window” missions ✅ Many of the other drones use Chinese parts, tethered via fiber line, or are huge. Qualifiers conclude next Sat, June 20. Winners get an immediate order for 120 drones and then face off in the gauntlet for contracts of min 4000+ drones. At $4000/drone, that's $16M in potential revenue coming. The macro from this week has kinda ruined the momentum and technical setup that originally drew me to this name last week. But she swings like crazy and seems to have found a support with a triple bounce near $11. Good news next week could cause a euphoric bounce. This is your heads up.

SOLD $RCAT @ 11.61 AND BOUGHT $RCAX @ 7.81 (2x leveraged version) (subscribers got the realtime alert) HIGH RISK BOUNCE PLAY. PLUS DRONE DOMINANCE PHASE 2 QUALIFIER RESULTS WITHIN A WEEK. --- Nothing about the original thesis has changed in my opinion. Timing was just insanely horrible with war and sell off. But now that seems to be mitigated. And I've done hours of research now and feel very confident they will pass the qualifiers. So I feel good about a floor for RCAT at $11 and bounce play for the next week. Hence the 2x leverage to maximize the bounce and recover last week's losses faster. This is how you swing trade anon.

NEW ALL IN: $RCAT @ 14.47. (sorry on mobile only today so thesis gonna be on the shorter side) They make drones and recently got a bunch of government contracts. I mainly like the technical setup. Spiked on some good news last week and held up with good volume and potential breakout. No near term catalysts but with the way this administration has been moving, could see more good news come at any time so it's worth holding for a bit right now. No real overhang I could find and only good tailwinds. Everything else just feels too overbought. MY 4 FAVORITE DRONE COMPANIES One of my top initiatives for the Growth Portfolio over the rest of the year is building out my 'Drone' bucket. I’m building exposure across every layer of the drone stack including platforms, autonomy, sensors, counter-drone systems and the hardware underneath it all: 1. $AVAV (the weapon layer) AeroVironment is the expendable weapon end of the theme since it makes Switchblade drones which are the small, cheap "kamikaze" drones that launch, hit a target, and are gone. These get used up in combat so demand scales directly with how much modern warfare leans on attritable strikes. My exposure here is to drones being fired in volume, the purest "loitering munitions get consumed" bet with a ~$1.1B Switchblade backlog. 2. $KTOS (the aircraft layer) Kratos is the high end, big contract end of the theme since it makes attritable jet drones like the XQ-58 Valkyrie that fly alongside manned fighters as "loyal wingmen." Where AeroVironment is small, cheap and expendable, Kratos is large scale, high performance and tied to major procurement cycles. My exposure here is the premium platform layer, the multi-million-dollar systems and propulsion that ride big military budgets rather than volume munitions. 3. $ONDS (the autonomy layer) Ondas is my autonomy and drone-infrastructure exposure since it makes the systems that let drones fly and operate on their own plus tech to detect and stop enemy drones. Where AeroVironment and Kratos are platforms, Ondas is the autonomy and counter drone infrastructure layer so my exposure here is the bet on the "drones run themselves" future, the fastest growing and most speculative leg with management raising 2026 guidance to at least $375M on drone-in-a-box and counter-UAS deployments. 4. $MRCY (the brains layer) Mercury makes the embedded electronics that go inside drones (onboard AI processing, EO/IR payloads, electronic warfare) plus the counter-drone systems that detect and defeat hostile drones. The key difference is that it sells to many drone makers and primes so it wins regardless of which airframe comes out on top. My exposure here is the "picks and shovels" play across the whole industry with a counter drone hedge built in and it just posted record bookings of $348M (+74%) and a ~$1.6B backlog.

Found the next catalyst for $RCAT and it starts on Monday. The Drone Dominance Gauntlet is the Pentagon's competition to find the best fit drone suppliers for America. aka its a drone TOURNAMENT arc. Phase II has a strict ban on Chinese components which makes Teal Drones (aka $RCAT) prime to win since their supply chain is fully American. If they pass the qualifiers then they get real orders to test their production capabilities and a chance for long term contract and a slice of the $1.1 billion budget. Reminds me a bit of my first all in on $APT during covid bc people wanted American-made masks. Always bet on America.
