@fahdananta Depends what you consider key measures? Income disparity, cost of living, polarization, C02/climate change, loneliness/mental health, fertility rates etc are all very real key measures of a viable and functioning society trending in the wrong directions.

Spent a couple hours at Design Aesthetics 101 working through a design exercise only to end up with what was described as "the first page of a typeform" (thanks @galaxiawu 😂). Looks like I've got a ways to go to level up

@Luccidor @MichaelLeoM Introducing any friction is going to dramatically reduce people’s willingness to take the train compared to an Uber or cab and two transfers to get to basically the only tourist destination in town is likely to be too much friction for many to make it worthwhile Bangkok or not.

@MichaelLeoM @grigonometry You're comparing Ottawa to a city of what, 10 million? We have an airport parkway - 1 road - that goes from the airport all the way to Queen Street. So making our LRT connection needlessly complicated makes no sense, even if Bangkok and other huge cities had to develop that way.
