Morgan Stanley believes not a single American is qualified to work as a VP in HR so they must hire a PERM candidate Do you think this is accurate? (At least they do post the job on their website) 170k - 242k salary!

I am on their side & was posting it on LinkedIn about the issue of these ads & a lot of lefty recruitersnand HR folks said the site is not credible, is not showing where /how they got the job & it might be an old post even if real. So I advised em to do this every job

@JobsNowPR Maybe it's best to start putting pictures of the original ad + publication on each job posting? So they can't deny the validity and applicants have more ammo to use when filing complaints and proving fraud,misdirection, etc.

This cannot happen again. .@FMCSA is launching an investigation into both the driver and White Hawk Carrier. Here’s what we know:  1. Washington State improperly issued the driver a full-term CDL. Asylum seekers or illegal aliens are NOT allowed to receive this! 2. New Mexico failed to conduct an English Language Proficiency test when they pulled the driver over for speeding. Had they done this, the driver would not have been on the road! 3. We are also looking into California’s issuance of the driver’s CDL.    States MUST FOLLOW THE RULES. If they had, this driver would NEVER have been behind the wheel and three precious lives would still be with us.   The failures here are despicable. Non-enforcement and radical immigration policies have turned the trucking industry into a lawless frontier, resulting in unqualified foreign drivers improperly acquiring licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles.    @POTUS and I moved quickly to require drivers to speak English – our national language – and launch a full-scale audit of how these licenses are doled out. And all of this is just the tip of the iceberg. We’ll have more updates to share soon.
