@camillerouxart @fx_hash_ Also keep in mind that there’s been pretty much zero secondary activity from any of the open form projects. Ty Vek is the only exception but that was mostly from the artist reselling their own primary mints.

How do you evaluate the primary on @fx_hash_ — that is, how much an artist really made from a drop — now that coins are part of the equation?

@SenWhitehouse Congress took no action to indicate a concern that the ATF misunderstood the intent of the law. Yet, the Court decided a to run roughshod over Congress in clear violation of separation of powers.

A relatively inexpensive bump stock lets anyone convert a semiautomatic firearm into an even deadlier weapon capable of spraying hundreds of rounds in the span of a minute, as we saw in the Las Vegas concert massacre. Congress should act swiftly on legislation to ban bump stocks.

The NRA, gun manufacturers, and their dark-money allies are intent on wiping all commonsense gun-safety measures off the books, and their handpicked right-wing radicals on the Supreme Court delivered another massive win at the expense of the American people.

@SenWhitehouse Congress had years to clarify the law if they thought the ATF misunderstood that a gun that can shoot 800 rounds a minute was not somehow a machine gun. Congres seemed to be ok with the ATF rule.

“A bump stock does not convert a semiautomatic rifle into a machine gun any more than a shooter with a lightning-fast trigger finger does,” - Justice Thomas. The fastest shooter alive can trigger 8 times a second. A typical fast shooter can manage 4. A bump stock can reach 13.
