Tiger Woods has chronic pain & a broken body, can’t do the 1 thing he was raised to do anymore and never will be able to again, parents are gone but the isolation they implemented is not. Stunted social growth and hitting 50 alone.

@DuBoseDefense @greyzabelFC That is false. Retired State Trooper. Many states only allow the taking of a chemical test by search warrant in cases when there is a serious injury or death in the collision. So the refusal stands but is allowed to be used against the driver for presumptive purposes.

A urine test is also a very ineffective tool for determining drug-based intoxication. Texas doesn’t even use urine tests because of this. Anyone would be stupid to take a urine test while under investigation for DWI.
