Jejomar Binay, Chiz Escudero, Dick Gordon, Antonio Trillanes, and Joel Villanueva were all part of the Robredo-Pangilinan senatorial slate in 2022. How was that purity-based campaigning? That's at least as moderate as Robredo endorsing Pacquiao and Abalos in 2025!

Purity, platform, and policy-based campaigning did not work in 2022. And we won a few seats in 2025 because the opposition adapted to the hard lessons of 2022. Hindi natin mababago ang electorate in a short span of 3 years. This is an unfortunate reality we need to face.
