@bswhealth This is how scam operates within the constructs. The doc ask you anything bothering you. Just like oil change salesman. Then codes them to insurance. Insurance asks patient to pay. You go for free service and get billed $160. You appeal and they say everything was done right.

Also dont discuss anything else when doctor ask about problems. They charge you for discussing any problems as office visit along with preventative. Usually doctors brush it off but @bswhealth double charges whenever possible. They wont tell you but bill you as surprise

Be careful doing preventative exams at @bswhealth. Each year they push a new exam thats not approved by AMA and considered experimental. This year it is Lipoprotein A. Insurance says it is experiement, doctor say european find it useful.
