@krakenfx Customers want their 1099's that's all. The constant lies, excuses and deleting posts on Reddit shows the terrible exchange/customer service you provide. I've received my 1099 from other CEXs. I hope the community can now see which exchanges are better and transact there.

@krakenfx @krakensupport why haven't the 1099 forms been provided? Besides the fact that we should have received it by 2/17, you said no later than 3/13 and it's still not provided. This is ridiculous.

@McclarySierra Based on the case, the evidence presented did not show he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. What he may or may not have done in an unrelated incident has no bearing on this case.

The miscarriage of justice continues for Edrick Faust. Yes, he has a criminal history but that does not make him guilty of THIS crime. Consecutive life sentences + 45 for a case that should not have been brought is sickening, heartbreaking & egregious. Prayers for #EdrickFaust.

IMO the Edrick Faust defense team should rest. The prosecution hasn't proven anything, much less beyond a reasonable doubt. One of the worst trials ever. #EdrickFaust
