GRAPHIC/TRIGGER WARNING - Please take care- VAN VIDEO/AUDIO recap in TX v Tanner Horner: WFAA reporter Rebecca Lopez gave on-air updates about the video while the court was on a break. Athena's parents didn't stay in the courtroom for the video. Some jurors were sobbing. The video shows Tanner Horner lifting Athena into the van. Athena: Where are we going? What are you doing? Are you a kidnapper? Horner is chit-chatting, asking where she goes to school, etc.. Athena asks him, why are you doing this? Horner says, because you're pretty. He eventually stops the vehicle, and at one point, he tells her to take off her shirt. Athena tells him her mom says someone shouldn't be doing that to her. Athena asks him several times, What are you doing? She says "ouch" multiple times. At one point, Jingle Bell Rock comes on, Athena is crying in the background, and Horner starts singing. He tells her to shut up several times.
