translation: claude skills for design is here google just shipped DESIGN .md inside stitch, their ai design tool think of it like onboarding a new designer on your team normally you'd spend weeks correcting them. "we use these shades of blue." "buttons are always rounded." "headers are always this size." over and over DESIGN. md is like handing them a cheat sheet on day one. except the ai actually follows it perfectly every time so when you say "make me a pricing page" it oneshots your exact colors, your font sizes, your component styles. the output matches your brand from the first draft i'm about to overhaul my brand design so v excited to cook w this inside stitch the .md file pattern keeps winning

Lots of fun packed into today's Stitch update. One of my favorites is design.md. It gives me some more control and precision.

You’re either going to bookmark this and forget about it like you do with everything else. Or you’re going to set aside an hour tonight, dive in, and realize you just replaced a $10,000/month designer. Split test landing pages every 30 minutes. Rebuild every creative, every angle, every funnel. Keep perfect brand consistency off a single markdown file. Most people will choose the bookmark. They always do. And they’ll spend the next 2 years wondering why they’re falling behind…

@andrewbrown One of the instructors was fantastic as she compiled related resources (not just links to other people) but her own work showing it was real world work.

@andrewbrown Got it. What I like with maven - lifetime access w/easy chapter view - quit before 50% and get a refund. Never tried this but sounds like they vet instructors & course material - courses have office hours to bring your questions/project & discuss - they have preview lessons

People used to pay me on on average to build their apps for $30K USD in less than a month. I was the go-to-guy because I knew how to build exactly what they wanted with little instruction and I always met their insane deadlines. I was known as "the machine", I wasn't the 10x developer I was the 100x developer. But it took its toll on my health and I left that do tech education. Claude Code can now do it. No computer science degree. No dev team. No $30K invoice. But most non-tech people are still stuck on the outside looking in because there is a tech knowledge gap. What if someone showed you all the steps, used plain speak, provided technical strategy, technical pathing, technical guidance, made it practical, and takes you to production. That's what my Claude Code from Zero course would be. But I'll be honest with you, this won't be a Udemy $20 priced course. It will be $300, $500 or $1200 depending on your needs. But do you want me to build it?

@coreyganim @TheViableEdge @coreyganim how do I build a consumer facing web tool that draws its logic from a specific skill I trained? In your example if I had to open this up as a competitive research tool to a consumer how do I train it to think on the basis of a research skill ?

How to build AI tools without writing code: (Using Claude Code for competitive research as an example) Step 1: Start with a vague ask → "Find distressed wedding venues in North Carolina" → Don't overthink it. Claude will search the web and find patterns you'd miss. → It found social posts about "stranded brides" and owners going to prison. Step 2: Turn chaos into structure → Ask Claude to create a CSV with a schema → Now you have sortable, filterable data → This is what separates "I asked ChatGPT" from "I built a tool" Step 3: Use Plan Mode (Shift+Tab) → Claude interviews YOU before doing the work → It asks: "What level of control do you want?" "Acquisition or partnership?" → Fills gaps in your thinking you didn't know existed Step 4: Add a scoring rubric → Claude analyzed each venue for acquisition potential vs partnership fit → One scored 4.2/5 for acquisition (owner in prison, foreclosure auction) → Another scored high for partnership (burned out owner, good property) Step 5: Visualize with Playground → Type "use the playground skill to create a visual dossier" → It builds a full HTML dashboard with filters, tags, and next-step recommendations → One self-contained file you can share with anyone Step 6: Turn it into a skill → "Create a skill that repeats this for any state" → Now the entire workflow runs with one command → Research → Structure → Score → Dashboard. Automated. The beauty of this process is that you're building tools that compound. Full walkthrough with @TheViableEdge in the video below. I just vibe coded a Meta Ad spy tool in Claude Code 🤯 Meta just made it possible to sort any brand's ads by *highest impressions* for the first time. Which means you can now see *exactly which competitor ads* are getting the most views. But clicking through the Ad Library one brand at a time is still painful. So I built a tool that pulls it all into one place: One brand URL in → top ads scraped, organized, and fully analyzed by AI. Here's how it works: → Import any brand with their Ad Library URL → Apify scrapes their top-performing ads automatically → Click into any ad for full breakdown (headline, copy, CTA) → Gemini watches the video or analyzes the image → Returns asset type, visual format, messaging angle, hook tactic, offer type No manual research. No watching videos one by one. No messy spreadsheets. Here's what I built: - 50+ DTC brands already loaded (AG1, Caraway, Chomps, Dr. Squatch, Gruns, Jones Road, Magic Spoon, Ridge) - Weekly auto-scrape to refresh top ads - AI analysis on any ad in one click - Bookmark system to save winners - Filter by brand, category, media type, or AI tags Built 100% in Claude Code. I recorded a full step-by-step showing exactly how I built this, including ALL the prompts. Want access to all of the prompts for ree? > Like this post > Comment "META" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Andrej Karpathy released autoresearch a few days ago, but I don't have any ML projects to try it on so I started to use it to tune some new AI skills with autoresearch all day in the background, I layered in the evals-skills from Hamel (github.com/hamelsmu/evals…) into the workflow to improve them even more the results are pretty impressive so far, damn is this auto-evals? my AI PM OS is getting better day by day with this, releasing a new version in a few days once all 190+ skills are tuned => prodmgmt.world/products/pm-os…
