Two things that stand out to me right away, tee shots and chipping confidence. Too many times I find myself having to play recovery instead of being able to attack an approach. I need to fully commit to a shot and stop second guessing myself when it comes to getting on the green.

I’ve been thinking recently about what I want out of this upcoming golf season and have settled on a year long goal that I believe is reasonable and achievable: Drop my handicap from 20 to 12 (surprise, not everyone in the BV is a stick)

i was the first one into the office today and found a hat from a bucket list course on my desk. after some investigation, i figured out the big boss stopped by the office this weekend and left it for me. he was in his small hometown near Childress and met a lady that manages Childress Hall’s goat herd they use to maintain rough. she had a couple of hats and passed them his way. going to leave this bad boy on the top of my stacks of hats until i get the chance to play there one day. a big thank you to the mystery goat herd woman 🤝
