@PNCBank_Help I consistently can’t log into my iOS app. (Website is fine.) Each step gives some kind of error message but immediately trying that step again usually lets me move to the next. The final step after a few tries often takes me back to the beginning to start over.

@cincinnatimetro Thanks for replying! Buses 2142, 2146, and 2027-–all on Route 78 over the last week—have all had inoperable outlets. I don’t try the USB ones, just the regular ones on the sides. What’s the best way to report things like this?

Do any @cincinnatimetro buses have working outlets? I have yet to find any. Does @cincinnatimetro even care?

@JTyler36213241 @xan_desanctis My daughter was able to switch from shots to sublingual drops, and they were just as effective at the maintenance dose. That might be an option, too, at least down the road.
