Next Tuesday we will have a short amount of downtime and background maintenance for Destiny 2. There will be a small download alongside it, but this is not a large patch. We have a minor display fix for expansion pricing in the game. We do not want players, returning or new, to be mislead or confused by incorrect listings in the game, especially when they’re just getting back up to speed with Monument of Triumph and previous expansions. Stay tuned for more details on downtime next week.

@dracanoblade @BNGServerStatus Then they should at least disable the limit on active orders or make the items in the store significantly cheaper in terms of Glimmerdust especially now that the game is ending anyway, the Glimmerdust items are overpriced.

The Intrepid Pearl emblem is yours, Guardians! We asked for 250,000 completions of the Excision story mission and you delivered with ample time to spare. You sent a message as a community: The Witness will always be vanquished when Guardians band together as one. Players can still participate in Community Challenge: Excision, Ergo Sum and earn the emblem before it ends on June 25 at 11:00 AM PT. We aim to deliver the emblem into participating accounts within 30 days after the end of this challenge.

@DivideGaming21 They should’ve just done it so that after a certain power level only Tier 5 drops, and at Power level 550 only Tier 5 drops. And I think they should’ve put every weapon and armor piece into the tier system, no matter how old the weapons and armor are.

You know since Destiny 2 has ended live service suppott, it would have been awesome if Bungie made materials infinite like they did with Chronologs so you could go and horde 650 exotic ciphers or golfballs and just stockpile them to use them when you want. There's now Tier 5 exotic armor to focus and upgrade, armor sets of many different types and now all craftable weapons can be enhanced further to the tier system so it would have been so much better to not feel pressured to use them all when you hit the tiny cap of 40 shards and instead save them and use them when your ready.

We wanted to let you know about some of the issues we are actively investigating and tracking: 💠 The Hazardous Propulsion Titan Exotic is not currently functioning consistently. 💠 We have identified some existing Exotic armors that do not have their full expected 11 energy. 💠 Master Conquest: Conductor's Keep is currently disabled due to a blocking issue that was found prior to release. ➡️➡️ This activity will be available to players after we deploy a fix in an upcoming maintenance patch. 💠 The Polar Wolf Set is not granting all six pieces of the bundle when opened. ➡️➡️ Players who have purchased this will be granted their missing items at a later date. 💠 Legacy Iridescent Engrams that were still in player's inventories cannot be decrypted. ➡️➡️ Once this issue is resolved, these engrams will be able to be exchanged for a standard Bright Engram and available for focusing. 💠 The Automata shader cannot be used after being acquired. 💠 Some shaders are incorrectly sharing their visuals with other existing shaders. 💠 Tier 5 weapons earned from the Pit of Heresy Dungeon are missing an origin trait. 💠 The Weakened Clear artifact mod is causing stowed Heat weapons to overheat. @BNGServerStatus No offense, but seriously, what is this supposed to be? The pinnacle achievements required to reach the next Guardian Rank are way too difficult. You barely do any damage, while the enemies deal an insane amount of damage. Playing like this just isn’t fun at all.

We've seen players asking about whether raid and dungeon Exotic weapons will be farmable in Monument of Triumph. The answer is yes, they will be farmable!

Hey all, In our 7k+ word Weapon Sandbox preview, we missed changes coming to the Praxic Blade on June 9. We're getting this added to the article now. PRAXIC BLADE The point of these changes is to allow the Praxic Blade to still act as a primary weapon when paired with an actual primary weapon, but to reduce the surplus of special ammo so that it cannot be paired as easily with another special weapon. - Slightly increase the time it takes to get ammo refunded when blocking - Strongholds will no longer allow for infinite blocking with Special Ammo swords --We've seen feedback that it felt bad to watch from your ghost as a team mate blocked for 3 minutes straight without reviving you or doing any damage to a given boss - sometimes we need you to go on the attack! -Reduced ammo refunded by light attacks
