Iโ€™ve cleaned houses and apartments for over seven years since moving to this country by myself; recently liver failure took my strength away, I couldnโ€™t work for months, and fell behind on rent, but not by much. I have no other option, please help me ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ gofund.me/f6ce540cd

If you live in the eastern US, a close relative of the cherimoya grows wild all over, the pawpaw. In a creek valley it can be every 3rd tree in the forest. Harvest in September.

absolutely insane farmer's market haul. got to taste a fruit i've never had before called chirimoya, which tastes like a creamy strawberry pineapple with the soft texture of a mango. they're native to guatemala & south america, but have to be hand pollinated in CA

@UrbanCourtyard That's ridiculous to say that requiring adequate staircases makes it impossible to build that exact type of structure. Can't you see that the entire bundle of propaganda promoted by urbanists is developer public relations for deregulation.

Flats that "live like a house," with a front facing the public street, and a back (a quiet side) that looks into courtyard. This is what single stair reform enables

@lemraspberry @Bugs @CompletedStreet Adding more roads means more people have a greater area in which to choose to live, it doesnโ€™t prevent anyone from choosing to live in the most dense area they can

americans really spend 4 years in a walkable community (college), say โ€œwow, those were truly the best years of my life. oh well!โ€ and then proceed to buy a house & car in the middle of a suburbanite hellscape

@CompletedStreet Induced demand is bit of a silly idea, people have a time cost theyโ€™re willing to pay for a journey and more road means more people can make the journey at the price they see fit. Would you accuse increased density of housing of inducing demand and therefore doing no good?
