reading people talking online about abdl when they don't understand it is very sad and makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong sometimes. Being an abdl has been so therapeutic for me it's changed my life, I've suffered crippling anxieties my whole life and finally coming out has healed me in ways I can't even explain, I understand the taboo but there's something about being stripped of my power that feels so rejuvenating. Spent my whole life in survival mode and having a diaper on calms my sense of panic to small things. Dressing cute and smol makes me feel like I'm reclaiming my vulnerability back, it allows my nervous system to decompress and I can feel safe to relax. Thanks for reading and being a follower to my page, my life has improved significantly from this community, I worry when we get attention on the media and stuff I don't want this taken away from us. #abdl
