I would like to know @AOL suddenly starting blocking all emails from @Klarna on 1/19/26. Cannot even change to a different email account because @AskKlarna flow is to put in a code from the old email (which @aolmail blocks). Could you two companies maybe fix this? #AOL

Going to throw this out there for all the “designers” and “UX experts” - fly out and pop up menus are the WORST. IMO layering pages is worse than iFrame embedding ever was on so many levels. The more things get in the way, the more they get ignored.

Thank you once again @McDonalds for another year of “collect all the boo buckets” and then both you and the local location only ever seem to have 3 of 5 available. Maybe Monopoly could have waited and you could quit screwing people over on these every time

After 9 years @Google ‘s voice assistant still can’t do something as simple as read the hours of a local business when requested. @AmazonAlexa and #Siri aren’t much better with many of the same simple tasks. That’s the promise and delivery of yesterday’s technology.

@mercari_app Why is there no option to report accounts that are obviously listing pictures they have taken in stores for item they have not purchased in your contact form? Can report from a single listing, but can’t provide context, and can’t report an entire storefront of these listings

Gotta love @YahooFantasy deploying a certificate on an @AOL API endpoint and breaking everything. Try to let them know via their customer service channels and the only response is “turn off VPM and try again” bc they work in tech but don’t understand it. Enjoy the weekend pages!

And this is still broken plus now a standard format - CSV is also broken. Aren’t bankers all about spreadsheets? Why can’t I download my transactions in any digestible format? It’s been 3 months and it just keeps getting worse.

@CapitalOne would be great if you all could stop messing up transaction export formats for checking accounts. Not sure how you can break both QFX and CSV at the same time, but congrats on breaking them both!

@TJKashin @esjesjesj You would be surprised. Cruise Reddit for a minute and there are all kinds of stories. I see it all the time in toy collecting, where a store will charge someone’s account up to 11 times if the site is overwhelmed. Anyone using debit instead of credit gets screwed.

@TJKashin @esjesjesj Usually the accounts do have the money. There are so many times that banks and other autopay billers have a “technical issue” where the ACH hits the account more than once for a payment. If it’s a mortgage pymt, hitting an account 2x may be enough to overdraft it.

@malicious_ex @esjesjesj Why on earth would someone setup a recurring ACH if they are unable to fund the account? I get things happen sometimes and the fees suck, but that insures I will never do that again.

@TJKashin @esjesjesj Most of the time overdrafts are caused by recurring ACH transactions or problems with those types of autopay systems. People aren’t just going around overdrawing their accounts for fun and profit 🙄

I guess it’s time to start looking at using a competitor after dealing with this so many years in a row. This plus the lack of being able to edit entries quickly makes the cost in money and time 5x more than advertised.

Early pricing lock in is a joke with @TaxAct @TaxACTSupport . I know the drill, click the promo pricing link, start a return. I do this every year & select the premier level. Every year I get thrown into basic and then have to “upgrade” 1/2 way through & discount is reduced. 🙄
