@Mrs_FlangeE Click the Settings icon and select More Settings. Click Viewing email. Under Inbox style, select "New/Old Mail" instead of "Unified Inbox." Click Back to Inbox or Back to New Mail when done.

@aolmail My Read folder has disappeared and thrown 1000s of emails back into the new folder. Why? How do I fix this? Thanks.

@aolmail I just deleted a draft and it has deleted an entire email string that was important and it didn't even go into my deleted items. How do I recover this please?

I would like to know @AOL suddenly starting blocking all emails from @Klarna on 1/19/26. Cannot even change to a different email account because @AskKlarna flow is to put in a code from the old email (which @aolmail blocks). Could you two companies maybe fix this? #AOL

@aolmail rozcallahn@aol.com. A number of invitations and agenda items have not been coming to my inbox. This is a real concern.

@aolmail recently I have not received Evites and important email sent to me. One person tried to send her Evite twice both times it said sending and never stopped doing that whereas the other people it was sent to instantly what is going on?

@aolmail We can't get into an email account. We can generate codes but they don't work. It seems like technical online help is non existent. We just want a helpful chat bot.

@aolmail Why have you changed my netscape.net email ending to aol.com? I wasn’t even aware of this until I emailed @AmazonUK about an issue and they won’t help me because my email address ending is now different to their records. 😭😭😭

@aolmail continues 2 b the absolute worst email to deal with. I have now been locked out of my email for 3 months and there’s no one who can be any help at any number I’ve called. These out of country call centers are useless. @AOL I need to contact someone who can actually help

@aolmail I have a netscape email account. This week, when I send emails from my phone, they’re now coming from “aol.com” rather than “netscape.net”. This is causing problems as it’s not the address some companies have on file and so they won’t engage.

@aolmail Can you PLEASE put in a suggestion that the email verification code NEEDS to be at least 2 minutes to enter it? On desktop, need to get code from phone, which doesn't instantly load new emails. A few seconds doesn't cut it (and NO I don't want to do text).

@aolmail All my older emails before mid-Oct. suddenly disappeared last Wed/Thur, without me doing anything! It's closer to a week now, how long it will take to fix this and restore all emails?
