"procedural bullshit" is super important
if party A can only issue a building permit after procedure B, and I allege that procedure B did not happen, or if cops can only search a house after warrant C has been issued ...

Delaying a trial for years with procedural bullshit, getting convicted and sentenced and then immediately sprung from jail to likely delay an appeal for years because you have money and connections doesn't exactly scream "justice" at me.
