I wish this was a joke but it’s not.
The kid hitting is a 28 year old independent league player.
This is the type of training people are paying ridiculous amounts of money for.
He’s obviously over swinging to register higher EV’s and that swing will not work in the game!
The craziest part is that @MLB teams are hiring guys like this to work with their hitters!

I played in the AL years ago. Top League in Indy. good luck! Ive been wrong before.

@BLocsports Atlantic league. Is it Indy ball? Yes. Is it still high level competitive baseball? Yes. I was release in 2024 due to poor performance, I realized something needed to change and decided to give driveline a try. I ended up having the best year of my career, not a coincidence.

@cbt1234567 @BayRsrv @shegone03 @DrivelineBB This is incorrect. In gym we have specific days built in for either bat speed day or bat to ball day. No one ever says to try and swing as hard as you can in the game.

@BayRsrv @shegone03 @DrivelineBB You are thinking right but driveline thinks game swings should be like this. It’s all part of the analytics saying high EV equates to more production. They believe max bat speed is the only way to get the high EV. Swing hard incase you hit it….

What u see with many of these measured swings in horrible head movement. This is a hit or miss or all or nothing swing approach. If I had to guess. Many K’s are coming. Someone send me this kids stats please. Poor advice coming out of some of these facilities. I hope Im wrong.

Starbucks founder Howard Schultz is moving from the Seattle area to Miami Florida. Also Starbucks corp is gradually moving its HQ to Tennessee.
The state of Washington just approved a 9.9% income tax aimed at their people making over $1 million per year. They already have a death tax on estates. Florida has neither.
Expect many other Seattle region high earners to exit this year.
