@DivotDoctrine One of my favorite holes at a club I play at in NC. Plays about 260-270 from the tips so I usually play a 5-7 wood depending on the wind if I’m going for the green. You either lay up to the narrow fairway on the right or go for it, but if you miss the green you’re most likely OB

Every golf course needs a driveable par 4 but there needs to be a risk/reward layout. We either need to make eagle with a great shot or double with a bad shot.

@HPBAac Facing the pitcher throwing 75 on a bad team didn’t quite get me going the same as facing the highly touted guy throwing 95. That and the fact I was probably trying way too hard to hit a HR off the guy throwing 75😂

@BLocsports Hard to tell but I’ll definitely say more players get overlooked, especially the ones with room for development. I will say that NIL has increased the level of talent in college because more players choose to go to college now instead of signing out of high school

@BLocsports Same thing goes for hitting. Colleges have been looking at exit velos at their camps for over a decade now. You might be a .400+ hitter in high school but if you’re not touching 100+ exit velo good luck playing at a big D1 unless you run a 60 in the low 6s

@BLocsports Everyone can thank college recruiting for the obsession with numbers for both hitting and pitching. The reality is that you could be the best pitcher in your state with incredible accuracy and movement but if you’re a RHP who tops out around 85 no big D1s are going to offer you

Why do hitters need to know EV? Ridiculous! Another thing to worry and think about. This is a huge negative in today’s hitting. Thousands of great hitters went about their business and kept it simple not knowing anything about EV, LA and any other bull 💩 term used!

There have been 13 Olympics that have allowed trans women to compete in the female category if they meet the hormonal and physical requirements of the trans sports policy. The results over 13 Olympic games suggests trans women massively underperform in elite womens sports. Since the IOC has created a rule for trans athletes to compete in 2003, over 81,000 people have become Olympians. Out of those 81,000 Olympians a total of 2 have been trans women & one came dead last the other came 37th out of 42. There isn’t a single trans or intersex woman dominating her sport. Even Caster Semenya, the most famous, & most successful, intersex woman athlete doesn’t “dominate” her sport. Caster has won a total of two Olympic golds medals & holds no world records.  By contrast, Katie Ledecky has won a total of 9 Olympic gold medals and has broken 19 world records since 2013. Why is Katie Ledecky treated like a marvel, and Caster Semenya and transgender women are treated like mutants? There currently exists no evidence to suggest that trans women who elect to suppress testosterone (through, for example, gender affirming hormone therapy and/or surgical gonad removal) maintain disproportionate advantages over c_swomen indefinitely. @KirstiMiller30 Just seems like a difficult situation to balance when trans women are born with physical advantages over cis women in most cases, so they take hormones to “even the playing field”, yet not every cis woman is capable of even producing the same hormone levels of other cis women

And then you bring up the fact that you made the sandwich and did not notify the guy before hand that they COULD NOT ACCEPT CASH. And that’s why he got it for free. If you tell them before hand, it’s not a big deal.

This gentleman went to get a quick bite to eat, he ordered his sandwich the way he wanted it and when the employee rung him up, he tried to give the cash. The employee became annoyed and told him that due to a system problem, they couldn’t take cash and told him he would be throwing his sandwich away. The gentleman even said that since it was an issue on their end could he just get the sandwich for free since it’s not his fault they couldn’t accept cash and the employee became even more annoyed and said no. I have a feeling the employee was annoyed because he knew it was his fault he didn’t let the customer know beforehand what was going on, shouldn’t the employee just let him have the sandwich though?

If he gives the sandwich to the guy for free then what stops the people in line behind him from just doing the same exact thing to try and get a free sandwich?

He didn't notify and the waste still happened whether he gave the sandwich to the man or threw it away. He wont be fired but he is in fact an idiot. He canceled an order he made....that's dishonest. He should have paid for it himself. Then he could throw it away or give it away. The records wont match the inventory and it will look like he stole a sandwich anyway if somebody was looking closely enough. If they arent then they wouldnt have caught him giving the sandwich away anyway

@KellerTerin @chxnluh I just don’t understand how so many pitchers use to throw 100-130 pitches and rarely got hurt pre 2000s. I get that not everyone was a flamethrower so they had less stress on the arm but you had guys like Bob Gibson throwing 8-9 innings every start sitting mid-upper 90s

@BayRsrv @chxnluh Correct but could’ve been a hofer most likely won’t get in because of not playing long enough but throwing 132 pitches in college is definitely not good for your arm Tim was throwing that number till he was 24 and in the mlb
