Agree or disagree: Aisle seats > window seats.
If I don't have easy access to a bathroom my brain will torture me by making me have to pee every 10 minutes!
Anyone else, or am I alone in this struggle? ๐
Have you ever made any funny travel mistakes? I once landed at Brussels Charleroi when I was expecting to land at Brussels Zaventem - luckily not a major problem and it serves me right for booking and travelling on autopilot!
@DadsThatTravel Expect things to go wrong, so focus on the things you can control (I.e. how you respond).
Buses will be late, accommodation wonโt be as pictured, food poisoning is bad luck etcโฆ so be prepared, stay level headed and try not to get down
@touchtheworld6 Good luck!
-Plan posts in advance so you know what links with other content + so you can avoid overlap
-Think of the reader. What does your post answer? (this is where you link with KW research)
-Know that your first few posts will suck and be ready to learn from mistakes
I'm starting to write & make progress with officially starting the travel blog. Some questions:
1) Do i write as much as i can without focus on keysearch/SEO to get content?
2) What is the best place to start given Googles update?
3) Any recent starter guides/tips for newbie?
@touchtheworld6 1) Quality is better than quantity
3) Choose a clearly defined niche and focus on multiple posts related to a single topic before moving onto the next one
My biggest mistakes were going far too general and doing one post per country for the first 4 months before I knew better
@francis_nayan Engage, engage and engage some more with the content you want to see!
I just got back to Twitter after a while off and my timeline was DREADFUL! But now after a couple of days, it's getting better!
