Millard South's athletic director says their football team has "blue collar swagger", meaning they work hard to earn what they have as a team. Millard South had 17 college football signees, 10 being Division I.

@mikel1018 Haha that was my original tweet. I think either there’s a philosophical issue between what Donnie coached well and what Dana wanted as part of the overall offensive execution or they have a clear upgrade line up.

I think this happened for one of two reasons, either there is a philosophical disconnect between Donnie and Dana. Or they’ve got a clear, unquestioned upgrade lined up. Time will tell.
