I used to think the social media videos I saw about the food in other countries were BS, until I went to Italy for a week. One full week of eating pasta, pizza, steak and gelato…I came home down 7lbs. We are being poisoned. It really is that simple.

Everybody was quick enough to take the knee so I find it sickening there hasn’t been a word from football’s good and the great ( you’re quiet Ian Wright) over the plight of Iran’s women’s football team who are being forced to take a flight home from Australia and face a perilous future for simply failing to sing their national anthem. My battery died in my car yesterday Dealership wanted $400 and Autozone wanted $350 for a new one So I did the only logical thing you can do Bought $120 worth of tools, spent 4 hours researching on youtube, put the battery in myself, connected the cables backwards and fried a $3,200 computer
